Small Print...

Please arrive a few minutes before your treatment, use the restroom, and have a seat in the atrium.

Extending your appointment if you arrive late is difficult and sometimes impossible.

Please switch all cell phones and pagers off during your stay and refrain from loud phone calls in the atrium.

​Please don't knock on doors.

Children's Treatments

Guests under 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian and must have a legal guardian on the premises during treatment. Guests 13 and under can enjoy massage treatments but no facial or wax treatments. Guests, ages 14 & 15, can enjoy previously listed services along with facials and waxing (not including the bikini area). Guests 16+ can receive bikini area waxing. 
 ​

Cancellation Policy

Please give a 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule or cancel any treatment appointment.

First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 50% fee for appointments missed or canceled.
 

Sickness

Please do not come in if you are sick. I reserve the right to refuse service if you

seem to be sick; it doesn't matter if you are vaccinated.

Please call ahead of time to reschedule your appointment.

If the appointment is not rescheduled, our cancellation policy will apply.

 

DRUGS

I do not provide services to clients who are or seem to be drunk or 'high.'

Your service will be denied, and you will be fully charged if you arrive under the influence or show symptoms of being under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
 
 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the services and are entirely
up to our guest’s discretion.
